This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Joseph C. Fending for installation of temporary construction matting within jurisdiction of the Coastal Marshlands Protection Act (CMPA). Matting will be used to access an upland portion of property to install a billboard sign. The project will start no sooner than 15 days from the date of the letter and must be completed within six (6) months.
