This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to SEABAR, Inc. to host Tybee Island Pirate Fest 2017 with related amenities in the parking lots adjacent to the Tybee Pier no sooner 15 days after the date on this letter and be completed no later than Tuesday October 10, 2017. The project scope includes the temporary installation of all amenities and equipment as outlined in attached 2017 permit application, festival inventory and site plan.
