This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Savannah Beach & Racquet Club POA for the maintenance of an existing dune crossover authorized by SPC Permit #35, for 1217 Bay Street, Tybee Island, Atlantic Ocean, Chatham County, Georgia.  The project will begin no sooner than 15 days after the date on this letter and be completed within 6 months of the letter’s issuance.

The project scope includes repairs to the existing dune crossover located in the State’s SPA Jurisdiction.
