Visitors to DNR HQ asked to use temporary parking

Brunswick, Ga.

Due to parking lot repaving, visitors to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources’ (DNR) Coastal Regional office in Brunswick will be asked to use a temporary parking area beginning Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2019.

Signs will guide visitors to the temporary parking area, which will be in a grass area just east of the bridge on Conservation Way.

Repaving is expected to last a few weeks and the paved lots will re-open after completion.

The DNR’s Coastal Regional office at 1 Conservation Way in Brunswick is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and closed state holidays, including Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, Jan. 21. Visitors to DNR’s Regional Headquarters may purchase or renew hunting and fishing licenses, pick up free maps and information.
