This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to operate equipment in the State’s SPA jurisdiction at Anchor Park on Butler Avenue.  The temporary project will begin no sooner than 15 days after the date of this letter and be completed no later than six months from the date of this letter. 

The project scope includes the maintenance of existing public seating amenities and public access paths.
