This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Yank Moore of the Jekyll Island State Park Authority for placement of sand fencing and photo point(s) on Jekyll Island, Georgia. The project scope includes the placement of sand fencing and photo point(s) in the State’s Shore Protection Act Jurisdiction at two (2) washout basins on Driftwood Beach. The placement of equipment will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter.
