Burke’s Beach Rentals, Inc., Temporary Placement of Beach Rental Equipment & Vehicular Access, Tybee Island, Chatham County, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Burke’s Beach Rentals, Inc. to install beach rental equipment at four locations on Tybee Island. Installation will begin no sooner than 15 days after the date on this letter and be removed no later than September 30, 2021.

The request includes the storage of equipment and containers in the state’s SPA jurisdiction.
