This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to temporarily impact coastal marshlands for maintenance activities associated with a Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed no later than six months from the date of this letter.
