This serves as notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to the City of Tybee Island to sponsor the 2022 4th of July Fireworks Display on Tybee Island, Georgia. The 2022 event is scheduled for Monday, July 4, 2022. The temporary project within the State’s Shore Protection Act (SPA) Jurisdiction will occur July 4, 2022.
