This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Apple Studios, LLC to film scenes for a movie at the above referenced locations no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed no later than sixty (60) days from the issuance of this letter. Production dates are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen production changes.
The request includes temporary activities and the use of production equipment and props in the state’s Coastal Marshlands Protection Act (CMPA) jurisdiction within Fort Pulaski National Monument, Chatham County, Georgia and the use of props, production equipment and vehicles in Shore Protection Act (SPA) jurisdiction on the south beach at Tybee Island, Chatham County, Georgia.
