This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Chase Productions Georgia, LLC to film scenes for a movie at the above referenced locations on Tybee Island no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed no later than sixty (60) days from the issuance of this letter. Production dates are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen production changes.
The request includes temporary activities and the use of production equipment and vehicles the state’s Shore Protection Act jurisdiction.
