This serves as notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Visit Tybee to sponsor the 2022 New Year’s Eve event on Tybee Island, Georgia. The 2022 fireworks display is scheduled for Saturday, December 31, 2022. The temporary project within the State’s Shore Protection Act (SPA) Jurisdiction will begin no sooner 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed January 1, 2023.
