This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Sea Island Land Acquisition LLC for the placement of temporary tents on the existing lawn and terrace at the Sea Island Beach Club for group and holiday events and to set up equipment for a New Year’s Fireworks Display within Shore Protection Act jurisdiction in the vicinity of The Sea Island Beach Club. The group and holiday events will occur between December 20, 2021 and May 20, 2022. The New Years Eve Fireworks Display will occur on December 31, 2021 or in the event of rain or other unforeseen events between December 25, 2021 and January 8, 2022.
