This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Charlie Phillips on behalf of Sapelo River Marina, LLC. Roscoe Canal, McIntosh County, Georgia for the maintenance of a commercial marina. The project will begin no sooner than fifteen (15) days from the receipt of this letter and be completed no later than six (6) months.
The project scope includes repairs to 1,980 square feet of flooring in the existing buildings and replacement of support pilings in the same footprint and configuration.
