This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to E.J. Noble Smith on behalf of St. Catherine’s Island Foundation, Inc., Timmons River, Liberty County, Georgia for the re-construction of an existing community dock facility. The project scope includes the removal of the existing structure and replacement in the previously authorized footprint. The event will occur no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within six (6) months.
