Coastal Resources Division has received the attached public notice from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Regulatory Branch notifying permit applicants that the Corps will be accepting permit applications electronically after February 19, 2019. They will still be accepting paper copies for those who do not wish to use electronic submission.
