This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Tybee Festival Association, Inc. to host Mardi Gras 2019 with related amenities in the in the roundabout at the eastern terminus of 16^th Street on Tybee Island, Chatham County, Georgia.  The temporary project will begin no sooner than Friday, March 1 and be removed no later than Sunday, March 3, 2019.

The project scope includes the temporary installation of all amenities and equipment as outlined in attached description and site plan.
