This serves as notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to the City of Tybee Island to sponsor New Year’s Eve event on Tybee Island, Georgia. The fireworks display is scheduled for Wednesday, December 31, 2025. The temporary project will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed January 1, 2026.
