DeSoto Beach Club Owners Association, Maintenance of an Existing Pool Deck, Tybee Island, Atlantic Ocean, Chatham County, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Shore Protection Act (SPA) Letter of Permission (LOP) for the DeSoto Beach Club Owners Association to conduct maintenance on an existing pool deck located seaward of the existing pool at 214 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island.
