Glynn County board of Commissioners, Replacement of an Existing Outfall in Coastal Marshlands Protection Act (CMPA) Jurisdiction, Coast Guard Park, Saint Simons Island, Glynn County, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Glynn County Board of Commissioners to replace an existing outfall structure within CMPA jurisdiction. The project will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
