Joel and Kate Lawson, Maintenance, Repair, and Removal to Existing Structures, Construction of a Boardwalk and Deck, and Landscaping Within Shore Protection Act Jurisdiction, 2024 Dixon Lane, Atlantic Ocean, St. Simons Island, Glynn County, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission to Joel and Kate Lawson for the maintenance and repair to existing structures, removal of existing structures, construction of a boardwalk and deck within the existing footprint, and landscaping within the Shore Protection Act jurisdiction at 2024 Dixon Lane, St. Simons Island, Glynn County, Georgia. The project will begin no sooner than fifteen (15) days from the date of the letter and must be completed within six (6) months.
