This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission to Georgia Sustainable Shellfish Company, LLC for the maintenance and repair of an existing commercial dock and installation of a gangway, floating dock, and upweller within Coastal Marshlands Protection Act jurisdiction. The project will begin no sooner than fifteen (15) days from the date of the letter and must be completed within six (6) months.
