This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of an LOP and RL to James Bacon and Brittain Bacon for maintenance and repairs of an existing bank stabilization located within Coastal Marshlands Protection Act (CMPA) jurisdiction, 624 Japonica Drive, Liberty County, Georgia. The work will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
