This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Christopher Germano and Hillery Germano for maintenance and repairs of an existing bank stabilization project located within Coastal Marshlands Protection Act (CMPA) jurisdiction, 5 Dunbar Creek Point, Glynn County, Georgia. The work will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
