Letter of Permission (LOP), Maintenance of Existing Utility Infrastructure, Shore Protection Act (SPA) Jurisdiction, 2nd Avenue, Tybee Island, Atlantic Ocean, Chatham County, Georgia.

This serves as notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Georgia Power Company to replace two (2) existing distribution poles. The temporary project within SPA Jurisdiction will begin no sooner 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
