Letter of Permission (LOP), Maintenance & Extension of Existing Private Dune Crossover, Shore Protection Act (SPA) Jurisdiction, 11th Terrace HOA Inc, Tybee Island, Atlantic Ocean, Chatham County, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to 11th Terrace HOA, Inc to maintain an existing dune crosswalk. The temporary project will commence no sooner than 15 days after the date on this letter and be completed no later than 6 months from the date of this authorization.
