This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Shore Protection Act (SPA) Letter of Permission (LOP) for the Tom Heatherington to conduct maintenance on an existing deck and dune crosswalk located seaward of the 608 Driftwood Court, Tybee Island.
