Letter of Permission (LOP), Tybee Island Pirate Fest, Shore Protection Act (SPA) Jurisdiction, South Beach Area, Tybee Island, Chatham County, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance
of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Tybee Festival Association to host Tybee Island Pirate Fest 2026 with related amenities in the 16th Street parking lot no sooner 15 days after the date on this letter and be completed Monday, October 12, 2026. The project scope includes the temporary installation of all festival amenities and equipment as outlined in attached 2026 site plan.
