Savannah College of Art and Design, 2026 Sand Arts Festival, Shore Protection Act Jurisdiction, Tybee Island, Chatham County, Atlantic Ocean, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to SCAD to host a Sand Arts Festival on the beach north of the Pier on Tybee Island. The one-day event is scheduled for May 1, 2026.
