This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Shellman Bluff Marine, Inc. for Maintenance and Repairs of an Existing Marina located within Coastal Marshlands Protection Act (CMPA) Jurisdiction, 1058 River Rd., Shellman Bluff, McIntosh County, Georgia. The work will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
