Steven Smalls, Temporary Activities in Shore Protection Act Jurisdiction, 2026 Crush Reloaded Beach Music Festival, Tybee Island, Chatham County, Atlantic Ocean, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance
of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Steven Smalls to host the 2026 Crush Reloaded Beach Music Festival on the dry sand beach north of the Pier and Pavilion on Tybee Island. The is a one-day event. Setup is scheduled to commence April 17, 2026, and all equipment will be removed from SPA jurisdiction no later than Sunday, April, 19, 2026.
