Tybee Festival Association, Inc., Charissa Murray, Temporary Activities in Shore Protection Act Jurisdiction, South Beach Area, Tybee Island, Chatham County, Atlantic Ocean, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Tybee Festival Association to host Tybee Island Pirate Fest 2025 with related amenities in the 16th Street parking lot no sooner 15 days after the date on this letter and be completed no later than Monday, October 13, 2025.

The project scope includes the temporary installation of all festival amenities and equipment as outlined in attached 2025 site plan.
