This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Tybee Island Marine Science Center to conduct a sea turtle release in Shore Protection Act (SPA) jurisdiction, North Beach area no sooner than Saturday, September 6, 2025.
