This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance
of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Tybee Island Marine Science Center to host a 5k race with related amenities on the beach adjacent to the Tybee Island Marine Science Center no sooner Saturday, April 25, 2026.
The project scope includes the temporary installation of race equipment as outlined in 2026 Turtle Trot Project Site Plan.
