US Sugar, Mooring Dolphin Replcement, Drainage Infrastructure Maintenance in Coastal Marshlands Protection Act (CMPA) Jurisdiction, Savannah River, Chatham County, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to replace a mooring dolphin within CMPA jurisdiction no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed no later than six months from the date of this letter.
