This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Wassaw Island, LLC for maintenance of an existing dock and vehicular bridge within their existing footprints at the above referenced location. The work will begin no sooner than 15 days after the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
