This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to James E. Shipley Jr. and Hilary Shipley for maintenance to the existing bulkhead at 114 Bradley Point Road. The work will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
