This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Big Indie Dragonfly, Inc. to film scenes for a movie on Tybee Island no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within sixty (60) days of issuance. Production dates are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen production changes. The request includes temporary activities and the use of production equipment and vehicles in SPA jurisdiction.
