This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to James Lee DeLoach, Jr. & Helene Lederer DeLoach for maintenance and repairs of an existing bank stabilization project located within Coastal Marshlands Protection Act (CMPA) Jurisdiction, 2057 Mission Drive (Lots 36 & 37), Tolomato Island, Hudson Creek, McIntosh County. The work will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
