Letter of Permission (LOP), Maintenance & Extension of Existing Private Dune Crossover, Shore Protection Act (SPA) Jurisdiction, Sea Shore Colony HOA Inc, Tybee Island, Atlantic Ocean, Chatham County, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Seashore Colony HOA, Inc to maintain an existing dune crosswalk within the SPA jurisdiction. The project will commence no sooner than 15 days after the date on this letter and be completed within 6 months.
