Letter of Permission (LOP), Replacement of an Existing Fence, Shore Protection Act (SPA) Jurisdiction, 2 Driftwood Court, Tybee Island, Atlantic Ocean, Chatham County, Georgia

This serves as notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of an LOP to Mr. Johnnie Morris to replace an existing fence at 2 Driftwood Court. The project will begin no sooner 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
