This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) for the continued maintenance to Saint Simons Marina located within Coastal Marshlands Protection Act (CMPA) jurisdiction. The project is underway with an anticipated completion of October 2026.
