Letter of Permission (LOP), Temporary Activities within Shore Protection Act (SPA) Jurisdiction, Tybee Island Seafood Fest, South Beach Area, Tybee Island, Chatham County, Georgia

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance
of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Tybee Festival Association to host Tybee Island Seafood Fest with related amenities in the 16th Street parking lot no sooner 15 days after issuance of this letter and be completed Saturday, November 14, 2026. The project scope includes the temporary installation of all festival amenities and equipment as outlined in attached 2026 site plan.
