This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Matthew L. Herrington and Lacey T. Herrington for maintenance to the existing bulkhead at 376 West Penrose Drive. The work will begin no sooner than 15 days from the date of this letter and be completed within 6 months.
