State of Georgia: Department of Natural Resources as Custodian, Maintenance and Repair to the Existing Boardwalk and Beach Pavilion, Nanny Goat Beach, Atlantic Ocean, Sapelo Island, McIntosh County, Georgia (GPS 31.39035 N/-81.26467 W)

This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission to State of Georgia: Department of Natural Resources as Custodian for the maintenance and repair of an existing boardwalk and beach pavilion within the Shore Protection Act jurisdiction and in the vicinity of Nanny Goat Beach, Sapelo Island, McIntosh County, Georgia. The project will begin no sooner than fifteen (15) days from the date of the letter and must be completed within six (6) months.
