This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for the maintenance of an existing public dock facility within Coastal Marshlands Protection Act jurisdiction at Fort McAllister State Park, Redbird Creek, Bryan County, Georgia. The project will begin no sooner than fifteen (15) days from the date of the letter and must be completed within six (6) months.
