This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission to Summer Chase Common for the maintenance of an existing structure and existing crosswalk and deck, within the existing footprint, within the Shore Protection Act jurisdiction at 836 Park Way, St. Simons Island, Glynn County, Georgia. The project will begin no sooner than fifteen (15) days from the date of the letter and must be completed within six (6) months.
