This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission to the Sea Island Company LLC for the placement of a fireworks display on the beach within Shore Protection Act jurisdiction and in the vicinity of The Ocean Forest Golf Club, Sea Island, Glynn County, Georgia. The event will occur on three separate dates being May 17, 2024; June 1, 2024; and July 4, 2024. For the May 17th display, in the event of rain or other unforeseen events, set up and removal will occur between May 10, 2024, and May 26, 2024. For the June 1st display, in the event of rain or other unforeseen events, set up and removal will occur between May 26, 2024, and June 9, 2024. For the July 4th display, in the event of rain or other unforeseen events, set up and removal will occur between June 28, 2024, and July 14, 2024.
