This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to GA DNR CRD to host Beach Week 2019 with related amenities in the parking lot adjacent to the Tybee Pier & Pavilion.  The temporary project will begin no sooner than July 2, 2019 and be removed the same day.

The project scope includes the temporary installation of all amenities and equipment as outlined in attached description and site plan.
