This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Ms. Theresa Tammy to host the 7^th Annual Coastal Empire Beach Festival in the paved parking lot south of 16^th Street and on the beach seaward of 16^th Street and The Strand on Tybee Island, Chatham County, Georgia. The one (1) day event will occur on Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 9 am to 4 pm.

The project scope includes the temporary installation of all equipment as outlined in attached 2019 Surfers for Autism Project Description and Site Plan.
